Working principles

For the after-sales service requested by the user, if their on-site guidance on installation, debugging, driving, and training work is not universal and must be completed or guided by our personnel, we will provide corresponding on-site technical services.

Basic requirements for on-site service personnel:

① The on-site service personnel dispatched are qualified personnel who are proficient in product performance, have sufficient professional knowledge and work experience, are fully responsible and competent in their job, can timely and correctly handle relevant problems on site, have good coordination and cooperation spirit, and are physically healthy. The user has the right to request us to replace unqualified personnel in a timely manner at their own expense.

② Must comply with the work arrangements of the user's on-site representative within their scope.

③ Not allowed to leave the site without completing service work or obtaining the user's consent.

Train

Free training for operators and equipment maintenance personnel to achieve the ability to operate the equipment.

1. Responsible for providing training to equipment operators and maintenance personnel, conducting on-site training for technical personnel during installation and commissioning, with a training period of no less than 1 working day, and conducting on-site demonstrations and explanations of important technical issues.

The content of technical training should include theory, operation, debugging, maintenance, etc.

If the problem cannot be solved through telephone guidance, our company should be notified by phone or fax to dispatch on-site service personnel as soon as possible.
